A company wanted to make great changes and improve their business, so they hired a new CEO. He was determined to really improve the discipline, reward the hardworking and fire those, who dont match the expectations.
So, he was walking around in the workshop and ran into a guy, doing nothing and leaning against the wall. Since he was determined to make a statement and show other workers that he is no joke, he approached the guy:
CEO: How much do you earn?
Guy: About $250 per week. Why?
CEO: Here is $1000 and don't come back!
The guy takes the money and leaves. Then the CEO yells out loud:
CEO: Who was that guy, doing nothing?!
One of the workers: That guy just brought pizzas!
